Payment is collected via Visa, or Mastercard via Authorize.net.
Once payment is received the order will ship from our facility within 1-3 business days using USPS.
We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered. You must contact the carrier who delivered the package directly to resolve these concerns.
We reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion.
